Automatically generate and update BMC Helix ITSM incidents in ServiceNow. Users can set a customizable trigger for BMC Helix ITSM incidents to be created in ServiceNow. To enable this feature, users can set a customizable trigger for BMC Helix ITSM incidents to be created in ServiceNow. Any updates to BMC incidents, including worklog entries and attachments, are passed to ServiceNow. This integration comes with customizable default field mapping.

Requires a BMC Helix iPaaS powered by Jitterbit subscription and administrator access to BMC Helix Operations Management and ServiceNow. Leverages standard API authentication in both solutions
