Release Notes

An integration template developed by using the ticket brokering application BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker, leveraging BMC Helix iPaaS powered by Jitterbit. Use the integration template to automatically create a BMC Helix ITSM incident for a Dynatrace problem. The integration automates the task of closing a Dynatrace problem and removing the incident ID from the problem notification when the corresponding BMC Helix ITSM incident is closed.

  • Create a BMC Helix ITSMincident for a Dynatrace problem.
  • View the Dynatrace problem details in the BMC Helix ITSMUI.
  • Close a Dynatrace problem and remove the incident ID from the problem notification when the corresponding BMC Helix ITSM incident is closed.
  • Update the incident when a new problem is created for the same notification.
