Professional Services Travel Credits

What you get:
BMC will perform the following:
- The service will provide travel expenses for the BMC consultant for 5 continuous days on-site at the Customer location.
BMC will provide this service with one of the approaches below:

Deliverables: The parties understand and agree that BMC will not be responsible for any specified or implied deliverables resulting from these Consulting Services. A report or email may however be communicated to Customer to present the status of the Services (“Status Report”).
Pre-requisites:
- Customer must identify the Success Catalog Service Offering that is associated with this travel request.
- Travel to be booked at least two weeks in advance.
- Restrictions: Prior BMC legal & tax approval is required for on-site professional services delivery due to country specific restrictions. There are no restrictions for US based companies using on-site delivery for less than 6 months per calendar year.
