BMC Helix Service Management Transformation

This service will assess the customer’s current state, review the desired state and benefits, discuss transformation strategy and provide a roadmap to implement the latest features in the product

What you get:

BMC will perform the following:

  • Conduct sessions with Customer to understand their current state, goals and objectives
  • Prepare Roadmap Document to validate findings, conclusions, and draft recommendations
  • Conduct session with Customer to walkthrough the Transformation Roadmap Executive Presentation
  • Provide information on Success Path if Customer wants to execute the Roadmap using BMC Services

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

  • Transformation Roadmap Executive Presentation

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.

Pre-requisites:

  • Preparatory call between Customer and BMC team to establish engagement focus
  • Provide current state operating situation model and plans plus objectives and goals
  • Identify stakeholders to be engaged and agree to timing
