What you get:
BMC will perform the following
In addition to your BMC Applications Managed Service (AMS) - Foundation Subscription, the AMS team will provide one additional delivery specialist for a period of one month, under Customer’s direction, to perform activities like:
- Assist with Advanced Configuration
- Build/configure integrations within BMC AMI Product with another tool (BMC or Third-party)
- Testing and assistance for maintenance activities
- Testing and assistance for upgrade activities
Pre-requisites:
Customer must be a subscriber to the BMC AMI Applications Managed Service (AMS) - Foundation Subscription
