BMC's SaaS contracting is divided into several parts. Please note, to the extent Agreements are disclosed publicly on this website, they are no longer BMC confidential information.
The order form is the main governing document for SaaS transactions with BMC. It contains the commercial terms for the transaction. All other BMC terms are either attached to the Order or linked to in the Order.
These include the following:

Customer Program Feedback and Non-Disclosure Agreement
Development License Agreement
BMC Software provides innovative technology solutions to serve our customers' business needs. Therefore, it is critical that BMC's intellectual property be protected, and copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents and license agreements be enforced.
The BMC License Compliance Office provides resources about collecting customer product usage information and analyzing that usage to ensure customers remain in compliance with their agreements. Two programs are administered:
- Statement of Capacity for customers and products covered by Enterprise Agreements
- Usage Reporting (non-Enterprise agreement) for customers that have purchased ITSM/Remedy, ADDM, BladeLogic, or Control-M
