What you get:

BMC will perform the following:

• Conduct a workshop with Customer to:
  • Provide an overview of mainframe inclusive DevOps
  • Review Customer’s desired business outcomes
  • Review and discuss the following DevOps value cases and alignment to Customer’s business outcomes
    • Enhanced Developer Experience
    • Automated Testing
    • Modern Source Version Control

• Continuous Compliance Assess Customer’s current maturity level for each value case across people, process, data, and technology 
• Identify capability gaps and opportunities to increase DevOps effectiveness
• Prepare a Success Path Advisory Report that includes:
  • Implementation roadmap with expected value and outcomes
  • Services from our BMC Success Catalog
  • Recommended education courses
• Review Success Path Advisory Report with Customer

Customer will be responsible for:

• Provide access to Customer’s subject matter experts

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

• Success Path Advisory Report

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.

Pre-requisites:

• Provide current state operating model, goals and objectives
• Identify stakeholders to be engaged and agree to timing
